Bruce follows in the footsteps of his mentor & father, Bruce Elia Sr, C.C.I.M, along with mentor & sister Tiffany Elia Broker-Associate. Graduating from the University of New Hampshire in Political Science then heading to Wall St where Bruce obtained his Finance Licensing; Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 with PHD Capital. At some point he had a change of heart and decided to pursue his passion for real estate. Educating himself to be the best in the business, Bruce obtained his Sales-Associate (2006) and Broker-Associate (2011) licenses. Bruce has been working in the real estate field since he was 16 being the youngest member of Prudential Elia obtaining his real estate license at only age 20. Since his inception into real estate, Bruce has facilitated over 125+Transaction to a Close, and evolved his business into becoming “The Ultimate Listing Agent.” Bruce is very active with giving back, he works with community organizations through Toy’s for Tots drives in the Winter Holiday’s and Broker for Bunny’s candy search during the festive Spring Holiday Season.
