Bruce's 30 years of experience in commercial development, construction and property management, plus a civil engineering degree, add to the depth of the Berkshire Hathaway – HomeServices Northwest Real Estate Commercial Division. He has been involved in engineering and constructing industrial tilt-up buildings, developing housing, condo and apartment projects and a general contractor for retail, automotive, office and restaurant facilities.
Since joining Berkshire Hathaway he has represented buyers and sellers of multi-family apartment buildings, industrial and retail buildings, commercial land, a mobile home park and both landlord and tenant representation for leasing office spaces. With his diversified background he is comfortable handling most any commercial property.
