Buddy Bebergal received a BS degree from Georgia State. After college he was active in his family's retail business for 15 years. Later buddy owned his own retail business, which allowed him to meet large numbers of retail property owners and become involved in Charleston's growing commercial market. He has been involved in real estate since 1990.

Since1996 he has partnered with Kit Regnery and together they have successfully closed over $170,000,000 commercial properties, mainly on Upper and Lower King Street in the Historic District.

Buddy is a member of the Hibernian Society in Charleston. He has served on the Trident Academy, Charleston Ballet, Hospice and Alzheimer's Board.
