I have been licensed by the state of Texas for 30+ years. Lease transactions have exceeded 100 million sq ft. Sale transactions exceed $ 850 million in value. Presently we have $45 million active transactions in completion mode. I attended Lamar University and played baseball (pitcher) continuing to the minor leagues for one year. My wife and I are members of the Woodlands Country Club which is one of the finest facilities in the Houston Texas area. I try to play three times a week.
