Bio

During over 25 years in the Knitted Textile Industry, as a personal interest and challenge I attended classes and received my Real Estate License. Looking back this was an important step toward my present Commercial Real Estate involvement. Presently with Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Division, previously Prudential and prior to that after 3 days of semi-retirement I joined Vanguard Property Group, it has been over 10 years and have enjoyed Listing, Selling and Leasing all types of Commercial Properties. Have been very fortunate over the years by always enjoying the challenges and doing my best to make both sides of every transaction satisfied with the results. After High School began working at a knitted fabric textile company in New York City. Progressed from office work to mechanical work on circular knitting machines, to designing the fabrics. During this time, completed courses at both Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and The Philadelphia School of Textiles and Science. The Company grew at a very fast pace necessitating several moves, from 7,000 sf in NYC to 50,000 sf in Long Island City and a major move to Bridgeton, NJ into two separate buildings totaling 120,000 sf, became plant manager and eventually Vice President of Manufacturing. After over 25 years and due to knitted fabric production moving overseas our plant went Chapter 11, moved to Fayetteville, NC, was sold and eventually closed. My wife and I Purchased and opened a Sir Speedy Printing franchise, ran it successfully for 17 years then sold it to a partnership comprising my manager and our head printer. Three days later I began my Commercial Real Estate profession.
