Candice Chevaillier brings 18 years of commercial real estate investment sales experience in the Seattle market. She recently joined Lee & Associates as a Principal to spearhead the growth of their Multifamily practice. Prior to joining Lee, she was a top broker for various other national and local brokerage firms including Marcus & Millichap, The Foundation Group, and SVN Whitecap. She is a Co-Founder and Principal at Commercial Analytics, a technology and research company delivering cutting edge apartment research in the Puget Sound. Her commercial investment real estate sales total over $170M, to include 871 units across 105 buildings.

In 2020, Candice was awarded the Connect CRE’s Connect CRE 2020 Women in Real Estate Award and the Globe Street 2020 Real Estate Forum Women of Influence award. Candice is on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Broker’s Association (CBA) and the Rental Housing Association (RHA), and is active in the local Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute and the Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) network. Before her shift to Commercial Real Estate, Candice earned her Master’s degree in Global Marketing Communications and Advertising, and worked management consulting for Andersen Consulting, Accenture, and Avanade. She has a passion for travel and adventure with her husband and two young sons, and an intense work hard / play hard attitude.
