Carlos Gruber joined RESOLUT in late Summer of 2021. He previously spent three years as a licensed administrative and research assistant for a local CRE brokerage and development firm and has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from Tenant/Landlord representation to ground-up developments. While knowledgeable and versatile, Carlos is quick to gather more information whenever new insights are needed. Prior to his work in CRE, he spent several years cultivating his communication and negotiation skills as a top-producing, independent sales associate for several well-known telecom and residential solar brands. As a Commercial Advisor with RESOLUT RE, Carlos currently specializes in retail and industrial investment sales and leasing.

In his personal life, as at work, Carlos is primarily driven by a desire to learn. He spends his free time studying various topics of interest and meditating on the subtler aspects of life. Weekends for Carlos consist of coffee shop visits, trips to the dog park, long hikes and yoga. He is also a frequent gym-goer and big-time proponent of exercise, as a means of regulating stress and sharpening the mind.
