Carol A. Hill, Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations offers a wealth of experience in both real estate issues as well as administrative coordination. A former Facilities Director and Builder Relations Coordinator, Ms. Hill embodies the essence of a true corporate professional. A member of the Prudential Network Realty team since 1989, Ms. Hill deals with every aspect of the internal and external functions of the company. From developing strategies and policies to implementing budgeting goals and executing sensitive legal issues, she is well versed in managerial skills and proficient in problem solving. Hill holds the professional designation of Certified Residential Broker/Manager (CRB). She is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, and a licensed Florida Mortgage Broker. She is a Director with the Florida Association of Realtors and a Director with the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. Hill is the current 2009 President-Elect for the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. Hill’s community involvement includes, three years as Chairperson for the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors Community Affairs Committee; Director of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors Charitable Trust Committee, and a volunteer Captain with the Super Bowl XXXIX Host Committee.
