Carrie Dezio joined Sun Coast Partners Commercial in 2011. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from East Carolina University, prior to joining Sun Coast Partners Commercial she worked with Landmark Developers as a crucial member of their team; Carrie not only provided assistance to their residential and commercial property owner associations and assisted in the development of residential and commercial properties, but also provided high-level administrative support to the company president. Carrie fills much the same role now, using her experience and expertise to support her teammates and enhance the client experience at Sun Coast Partners Commercial. In 2016, she was named Office Contributor of the Year.

Outside of work, Carrie is a loving dog mom to her Brittany Spaniel, Bailey, and serves as a foster mom for the National Brittany Rescue & Adoption Network – and because she’s a true dog lover, she also moonlights as an in-home pet sitter. She’s involved with her neighborhood as the president of her HOA and offers services as a notary public when she isn’t out enjoying the southern sunshine.
