Carrie Tatreau started her career in real estate working in development and residential construction with a local Chico firm building New Urbanist neighborhoods. Her 20+ years of commercial property management coupled with the construction experience allows her to help clients through tenant improvement needs or navigate a build-to-suit process.

Carrie holds a prestigious designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Chico Builders Association, and is a current board member of the Sierra North Valley Association of Realtors.

In addition to the construction experience gained, Carrie managed 35,000 square feet of commercial office space which provided the skills of building maintenance and property management. All of this experience serves her well in her desire to be a top agent in commercial sales and leasing. Achieving the CCIM designation provides another knowledge base and global network to assist her commercial real estate clients in achieving their goals. She believes in honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

She partners with Kelsey Watt at Coldwell Banker Commercial to provide their clients with a high level of responsiveness and experience in Northern California.
