Carrie’s professional experience spans 7 years in real estate sales, and 30 years in IT project management, including 6 years as President and CEO of Carrie Ward Computer Consulting Inc. She has worked in a wide variety of industries including real estate, investment finance, international business development, utilities, communications and government. Carrie’s real estate practice includes the specialties of multi-unit residential investment properties, 1031 exchange, commercial leasing, small-business brokerage, luxury residential and international real estate, especially in Italy. Carrie’s latest real estate investment is an office building in downtown Allentown, which she and two partners converted to individual office space, co-working space and meeting/event rooms for monthly, weekly or daily use.
