Carrie’s professional experience spans 7 years in real estate sales, and 30 years in IT project management, including 6 years as President and CEO of Carrie Ward Computer Consulting Inc. She has worked in a wide variety of industries including real estate, investment finance, international business development, utilities, communications and government. Carrie’s real estate practice includes the specialties of multi-unit residential investment properties, 1031 exchange, commercial leasing, small-business brokerage, luxury residential and international real estate, especially in Italy. Carrie’s latest real estate investment is an office building in downtown Allentown, which she and a partner converted to individual office space and meeting/event rooms for monthly, or weekly use.
