Before founding Moreau Property Advisors, Chandler developed his expertise at Price Edwards & Company in Oklahoma and Cravey Real Estate Services in Texas.

He is a graduate of Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a Minor in Economics—equipping him with strong analytical and financial planning skills.

In 2025, Chandler launched Moreau Property Advisors to carry forward the mentorship and values that shaped his career. He finds purpose in helping clients identify what truly matters in each deal—matching real needs with market realities, and treating every opportunity as a meaningful partnership, not just a transaction.

His work has earned multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards, including recognition in South Texas for Top Sales Deal in Q4 2023 and Top Office Leasing Broker in 2022.
