Serving and representing the St. Charles Commercial REALTORS® as the current 2021 President. I have started a three year term starting in 2020 as a Director on the St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Board of Directors.
I have successfully completed the CCIM Institute’s CI-101 Financial Analysis, CI-104 Investment Analysis, CI-102 Market Analysis, Interest Based Negotiations, and CI-103 User Analysis. I am continuing toward CCIM Designee completion.
I am retired from Procter & Gamble as a Capital Project Engineer. I volunteer with AARP St. Louis, and Patriot Guard Riders. I am a life member of the Harley Owners Group, National Speleological Society, and National Association of Investors. Locally I belong to the St. Charles Commercial REALTORS®, CCIM St. Louis, St. Louis Commercial REALTORS®, St. Charles Harley Owners Group, and the Meramec Valley Grotto.
