In 2002, I obtained my associate broker's license and opened my own real estate company, Schulz Realty, Inc., in the same year. I have been the top selling agent in my area since 2000 and my company was the top selling company. I sold Schulz Realty, Inc. to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2015 and remained the office manager until January 2018. Today, I focus my time on helping my real estate clients with their needs.
