As a leading real estate expert in the sale, acquisition and development of commercial retail real estate, Chris’ unsurpassed skills have prevailed through the completion of more than $600,000,000 in buy/sell/lease/development transactions throughout the course of his career. Through his experience and involvement with multiple transactions involving the buying and selling of large retail centers (anchored and unanchored), Chris’ affinity for buying and selling retail centers has excelled him to the forefront of the commercial real estate industry.
Chris and his team have become innovators in the expansion of numerous large retail concepts through spearheading the expansion of top retailers throughout the state of Nevada including, but not limited to, Harley Davidson, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Egg Works, Arby's, Jollibee, Roberto's, among many others. Chris has become even more passionate with breathing new life into the old. He is one of the managing partners of the redevelopment of the Intersection at Commerce and Main Street in Downtown Las Vegas. More recently, he has begun work on The Cliff at 2500 Paseo Verde, Henderson, NV. - a dining, entertainment, luxury hotspot for Henderson.
Some of Chris’ most notable achievements include landing flagship stores on Las Vegas Blvd., conducting successful negotiations with multiple municipalities within Nevada, as well as being recognized as NAIOP's Retail Broker of 2018, 2019, 2021, 2023.
