Chris Edwards of K.W. Commercial began his career in finance as a Banker at Wells Fargo Bank in 2008, and in 2011 transitioned to investment real estate at the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap alongside Jeff Louks. Since then he’s been an active member of the International Council Of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and has been in real estate for over 10 years.

In 2014, Chris teamed with Joe Kim of K.W. Commercial where his primary focus became representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties, including strip centers, anchored centers and single tenant net-leased assets. To complement his investment practice, Chris has extensive experience in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and sale-leaseback transactions. He utilizes this knowledge to provide clients with strategic solutions to meet their goals. He prides himself on the expertise, responsiveness, and high level of service that he provides to his clients and partners.
