Chris Edwards joined SRS’ National Net Lease Group as a senior associate in our Newport Beach office in 2018 before transitioning to our Philadelphia office in 2020. He has nine years of commercial real estate experience as an investment sales advisor focusing on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties for institutional and private clients nationwide. Having started his career in finance, Chris transitioned to brokerage with Marcus & Millichap in 2011, and soon after as the national director for the NNN Properties Group of KW Commercial. Throughout Chris’ career, he has represented clients in the disposition of dollar stores, banks, auto stores, quick-service restaurants, grocery, and enclosed malls.

Most recently, Chris held a business development role for CREXi, one of the fastest-growing commercial real estate tech companies. In that position, he transacted on more than $300 million worth of commercial real estate assets and was a key member in the establishment and development of their auction department.
