Bio
Chris specializes in the representation of buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties and commercial land. Chris focuses his efforts on the Inland Empire where he can use his market knowledge and experience to help his clients achieve their real estate investment goals.
Before joining the Progressive Real Estate Partners team, Chris worked as a commercial architect on projects throughout the United States. In that capacity he helped owners develop retail centers on previously undeveloped land as well as reposition existing centers. In addition to working with developers such as Kimco and GGP he has worked with numerous national retailers such as H&M, Taco Bell and Tractor Supply Company to name a few.
