I have been selling real estate for over 25 years. Originally licensed in Illinois in 1994, I served the greater Chicagoland area in residential and commercial brokerage and was consistently a top producer. During this time I was affiliated with several brokerages and worked in all aspects of the business including sales, management, development and construction. In 2000, I opened Matan Enterprises, Inc. a boutique brokerage and in 2003 started Bristol Home LLC, a home building company specializing in new construction single family residences. In 2011, I married my best friend Ivana, who is from Willoughby Hills, OH where we now live and have a beautiful little girl Mila. I got licensed in Ohio in 2013 and have spent time with two brokerages before joining eXp Realty in September of 2019.
