PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
As Vice President at DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International, Chris Mergenthaler helps users and investors of industrial real estate unlock opportunity in Chicagoland’s most competitive submarkets. A native Chicagoan, Mr. Mergenthaler graduated from the nationally recognized Florida State University College of Business where he studied Finance and Entrepreneurship. Since joining DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International in 2017, Mr. Mergenthaler has worked on hundreds of deals and represented clients ranging from small business start-ups and publicly traded manufacturers to international REITs and Government agencies. His vast transactional experience helps him confidently guide clients through leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, build-to-suits, as well as consulting for clients on a range of specialty real estate needs. Mr. Mergenthaler works closely with DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International President, Rick Daly, and his Associate Tommy Engel.
