Chris Mokler has over 34 years of experience in the multi-family management, commercial, and land development areas of Real Estate. Starting with his father in the early 1980s while in high school, Chris worked his way from the bottom up as a maintenance worker to managing the rental properties. Later, Chris began investing in properties with his father while in college. Their partnership continued to grow as they focused on property acquisition. Chris earned his BBA - Finance in 1992 from The University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. Chris has extensive experience in developing land into new construction multi-family units, homes, condos, and other types of Real Estate, including subdivision development and other commercial building. At the height of his rental property experience, Chris managed over 400 scattered site rental units from college properties to larger multi-family complexes.

The ultimate goal of Christopher J. Mokler & Associates is to do more than simply provide potential customers with a list of available properties. Chris and his staff prefer to work with their clients, listening to their needs/goals for commercial property and finding properties that meet those needs. Chris will apply his 34 years of experience to access the physical attributes of properties and property financials to ensure they meet the client’s needs. Chris is also a professional Lobbyist for the Wisconsin Apartment Association and serves as the Director of Legislative Affairs. Chris has served in many position on various volunteer organizations, served as President of his church council, coached softball for 11 years, and many other activities centered around youth. Chris enjoys upland bird hunting with his German Wirehaired Pointers. Chris is married with two daughters.
