This market is more commonly known as the Southeast Los Angeles and North Orange County marketplace, and it contains over 120,000,000 SF of industrial warehouse space. He focuses on helping owners and occupants of industrial warehouse space lease, buy or sell, and evaluate the advantages of every alternative.
Since 2010 he has proven success, completing over 150 transactions. Christopher provides industrial real estate services with integrity and professionalism, as well as being timely and responsive when interacting with clients. His goal is to educate and advise his clients on the options available, while working alongside them to strengthen their positions with their business, their real estate holdings, and their real estate investments.
