My standard business practices would regularly involve writing and analyzing Residential / Commercial sales contracts and leases in order to maintain compliance with all current Equal opportunity and Brokerage Disclosure standards while expediting the financing process for real estate buyers in the application of FHA/VA or conventional prequalification guidelines.

Regularly produced Broker’s Price Opinion (BPO) for both government and private mortgage holder’s REO properties in order to facilitate the final disposition of the property.

I also obtained my Brokers License, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations and was also active in the local, state and national Realtor organizations.

Elected officer for the Association involved in all aspects of the operation of the Regional Association of Realtors for Northwest Missouri. This position was the result of many years of progressive leadership, starting with individual committee level membership, proceeding to Committee Chairman, Director, Association Executive Committee Officer, culminating in election as Association President.
Individual committees or focus areas in which I was actively involved included: Budget & Finance, Strategic Planning, Commercial / Industrial marketing, Media Spokesperson and Ethics Panel Hearing Committee.

I attended the University of Missouri, Columbia majoring in Civil Engineering. I completed my Bachelor of Science Degree at DeVry University in Kansas City, graduating Cum Laude in Telecommunications Management. Additionally, I have also attended Rockhurst University in Kansas City, completing my Masters' degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business in 2005.
