Clint Bailey serves as an associate director in the Central Arkansas office of Newmark Grubb Arkansas, where he specializes in the leasing, sale and development of commercial properties in the state of Arkansas. Mr. Bailey joined the company in 2012, after receiving his sales associate license through the Arkansas Real Estate Association.

Mr. Bailey previously worked as a marketing coordinator at Sperry Van Ness - Nabholz Properties. This was his first full-time position at the company, which hired him after he graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2010. Mr. Bailey began his real estate career at the company in 2006 and continued to work there through college, assisting both the managing director/CEO and associate broker with the sale and lease of commercial real estate in the state of Arkansas.

Mr. Bailey is an active board member of the Arkansas Leukemia/Lymphoma Society and a member of Conway Young Professionals and the UCA Alumni Association. He also volunteers with Optimist International, an organization that specializes in sponsoring youth.

A resident of Conway, Arkansas, for 29 years, Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Central Arkansas and completed coursework at the National School of Real Estate, located in North Little Rock. He is also a 2016 candidate at the Faulkner County Leadership Institute.
