As a Principal-Broker at Goldenwest RED, Colleen Butcher provides services for Development and Investment Sales. Previous to opening her firm, Colleen Butcher was the Managing Director at Sperry Commercial Global Affilitates, BRC Advisors. Colleen Butcher was the co-founder and Principal-Broker for RavenTek Realty, a boutique firm specializing in Development projects, leasing, and land sales. Colleen has extensive experience in Real Estate sales, leasing, and development from the initial site selection, land use planning, and entitlements, to overseeing construction of commercial and industrial projects. Throughout the process, from pre-easing to final move-in, Colleen interfaces with Investors and tenants alike to maximize occupancy and tenant retention. Colleen has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years.
Colleen spent 21 years working for the US Navy, holding an unlimited contracting officer’s warrant, negotiating contracts up to $500 million dollars, management of two remote Alaskan Islands including all aspects of the airport, port, power plant, fuel farms, all utilities, transportation facilities, logistics, warehousing and subsistence. She managed the closure and disposition of Naval Air Station, Adak, Marine Corps Facility, Tustin and Marine Corps Air Facility, El Toro in Orange County, California. Colleen’s responsibilities included Primary Manager for local Command, Headquarters, and Assistant Secretary of the Navy, as well as Lead for public meetings, interim uses, along with press interface and Lead negotiator for the Federal Government for land transactions of both Tustin and El Toro with assets in the billions of dollars.

Colleen is actively involved in the Real Estate Industry she is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has served as the former President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Inland Empire 2014; Active Member and Chair of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Hispanic Market Events, Mentor for ICSC, Rotary Board of Director, Member of the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (ACRE), and is a Member of AIR Commercial Real Estate Association
