Cristina “Cris” Martinez (formerly Cris Cortes) is a faith-led real estate professional with over 15 years of dedicated service in the South Florida community where she was born and raised. Cris also serves as Regional Director for Giannell Title, an attorney-owned title company. With a strong background as a Certified Bankruptcy & Foreclosure Paralegal, Cris brings specialized knowledge in short sales and complex transactions. She also holds a designation as a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and has years of experience in property management and the real estate legal industry, giving her a unique advantage when advocating for her clients.

Currently serving as a Florida Realtors Director, Cris is passionate about mentoring new agents—raising up the next generation of leaders in real estate with strong values, servant leadership, and client-first service.
