David Schooff was named President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Fisher Group in 2006 after a successful tenure as the President/CEO of the Greater Mankato Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Mankato Convention & Visitors Bureau. Schooff built the Greater Mankato Chamber and CVB into a significant community and economic development force during his five-year tenure. He created strong programming in the areas of community marketing, workforce development, housing development, public policy and tourism. In his role as President and Partner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Fisher Group, Schooff manages day-to-day operations including business growth opportunities in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial development, and property management. Schooff also earned his Broker Designation in December, 2008 and was at that time designated as the company's Responsible Broker. In addition, he earned his CCIM designation in October, 2011. Schooff has served on several non-profit boards including the Mankato Area Foundation and Junior Achievement, and is currently Vice Chair of Greater Mankato Growth's City Center Partnership. Schooff earned his SIOR designation in 2015 which is the highest designation one can receive in commercial real estate.
