Best sales award at Noie-Azamino project by achieving 160% against goal (2007).
Achieved 12% higher sales price than Target at Branz Futaktotamagawa project (2014).
Sold almost half of units(about $40M totally) to Asian investors before launching in Japan at Branz Shibuya Tokiwamatu project (2015).
Sold almost half of units (about $100M totally) before implementing advertisement to affiliated consumers at The Residence Roppongi project (2019).
