Dinesh (Dan) S. Rama is the managing partner of NewGen Advisory. Dinesh has had a career in the hospitality industry as a hotel operator and owner beginning in 1994 after pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Arizona. Throughout Dan’s career, he has been involved with the disposition of over $600 Million of hospitality assets. He has brokered and advised clients on acquiring, merging, and divesting of hospitality assets throughout the United States. Dan also is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker and a member of the Arizona Board of Realtors.
Dan is also the co-founder of NewGen Worldwide, a diversified holding company specializing in the development, operations and brokerage of commercial real estate properties. The company currently owns and manages dozens of properties, including multiple hotels.

Dan is a member and former Southwest Regional Director of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), the largest hospitality owner’s association in the United States and is also a member of Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association. He is also a franchisee of Red Brick Pizza, Holiday Inn, Ramada Inn, and Comfort Suites and he maintains General Manager Certifications from Holiday Inns, Motel 6 and Days Inns. Between 2000 through 2007, Dan was under the guidance of Robert Fitzgerald, former Chief Operating Officer of Best Western International and Sam Apostle, former President of Ramada Hotels in advising clients on acquiring and divesting hospitality assets throughout the United States.
