Since joining NAI Plotkin in 2007, Dan has been involved in property management, commercial real estate sales and leasing, asset management, and construction management and specializes in the sales, leasing, and construction management of medical buildings and medical office space. In 2015, Dan brokered over $5 million in sales/leasing transactions, including the sale of bus maintenance facilities for Laidlaw Transit, Inc. and the Lower Pioneer Valley Education Corp. (LPVEC), and also represented LPVEC on the acquisition of the former Medieros Williams Property on Boston Road, Wilbraham, MA. More recently, he has been a Consultant and Owner's Representative for the construction of a 3,400 car parking structure for the new MGM casino project in Springfield, Massachusetts. Prior to joining NAI Plotkin, Dan was a Project Manager for several construction projects including schools, biotech and medical buildings, and parking structures throughout New England. During his career, he has been involved in several large-scale projects including the Newburyport-Salisbury Bridge, the Seabrook Power Plant, the Marriot at Copley Place, and Rowes Wharf on Boston Harbor. He has also served as the Director of Facilities Planning for a national healthcare company, with facilities located in eleven states.
