Daniel Mahfar is an Associate in the Investment Sales Division of Ariel Property Advisors, responsible for executing the company’s exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives throughout New York City. Mr. Mahfar has experience evaluating and marketing a variety of property types including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and development assets.

Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Mahfar interned at the Moinian Group in the Real Estate Development Team during a time when the company was in the midst of a large skyscraper construction project on the Far West Side of New York. He was also an Assistant Project manager at Woodland Development, a developer of single-family luxury homes on Long Island.

Mr. Mahfar received his B.A. in Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. While attending, he was an active member of the Real Estate Club.
