Managing Director, Daniel Perich has been in the real estate industry since 1998. Dan earned the highly respected Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2003. The CCIM designation is considered the PhD of commercial and investment real estate. CCIM has a network of over 15,000 designees, worldwide. Dan is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) which is an organization of retailers and developers who specialize in large, retail driven projects. Dan’s specialty is investment analysis, which he uses to assist clients and customers in achieving their financial goals through investing in real estate. Dan is focused on working with clients to build wealth through real estate investing.
