Daniel Tropp is a Director in the Investment Sales Division of Ariel Property Advisors. In addition to originating and executing exclusive listing sales, he is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives in the Brooklyn submarket.

Mr. Tropp has executed deals involving various property types including multifamily, mixed-use, commercial and development sites in throughout Brooklyn.

Due to his expertise in the Williamsburg, Bushwick and Greenpoint neighborhoods of Brooklyn, Mr. Tropp has been quoted in publications such as The Commercial Observer, New York Real Estate Journal and The Brooklyn Daily Eagle.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tropp was an Associate Director at Handler Real Estate Services where he negotiated more than 60 commercial lease transactions.

Daniel Tropp is the co-chair of the REBNY Commercial Brooklyn Committee.

A native of Brooklyn, Mr. Tropp remains actively involved in his community by volunteering with local organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and South Brooklyn Lion’s Club. He also sits on the Board of Directors for TeacherSpaceNY, a company he founded in 2008 to offer housing solutions to members of New York City’s education and service corps.

Mr. Tropp earned his B.S. degree in marketing from the George Washington University School of Business in Washington, DC.
