Dave Bueche serves as Senior Vice President of Sperry Commercial, specializing in the leasing, disposition and acquisition of retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties. With more than 40 years of experience in Orange County, California, Bueche is skilled in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry.

Dave’s real estate experience started with a career in commercial and industrial sales and leasing. With the growth of the County, his career expanded into other diverse real estate fields, including land subdivision and sales, real estate finance, retail brokerage, development, and management. Bueche also went on to participate in office development, brokerage and management, loan brokerage, apartment management and marketing, and other real estate oriented areas.

Dave’s career highlights include serving as the leasing agent and property manager for the 207,000 square foot Chrysler Building in the Irvine Spectrum, the 156,000 square foot Circle Business Center in Long Beach; and the 58,000 square foot Coast Federal Bank Building in Long Beach. He has also been the recipient of several Sperry Commercial awards including: Best Client Satisfaction, Largest Fee, Largest Sale, Achiever’s Awards in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 and Broker of the Year in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. In 2006, 2008, and 2009, Bueche was honored as a top producer in the California market by receiving the Co-Star Power Broker Award. Only 2 percent of more than 118,000 eligible brokers nationwide were selected for this highly coveted award.
