My experience in Real Estate started at an early age helping my father build our family's home (twice!), thereafter I took responsibility for the care and maintenance of our income properties. As a young professional, my passion for real estate continued as an Interior Designer, and later as a renovation and remodel Project Manager, where I acted as the liaison between the clients, designers, and tradesmen.
My strong background in interior design and space planning enables me to provide an organized and customized approach to achieving clients goals.
Over the years I gained significant experience working with contractors, flippers, and developers. My partnership with these construction professionals has sharpened and enhanced my knowledge of the market, the development process, and a my understanding of the world of investors- all of which I am able to parley into more value for my Seller clients.

Working with buyers I add value through my extensive evaluation of the 'highest and best' use of the property, and also by providing resources (and the management of those resources) to assure maximum investment outcome.
