David has worked with many Sacramento area apartment owners to provide property valuation analysis and marketing expertise for Multi-Family properties in various Sacramento Submarkets including: Downtown/Midtown, Carmichael/Fair Oaks, Davis, Roseville and many others. He specializes in Value-Add opportunities, REO properties, and 1031 Exchanges.

He currently works with TRI Commercial out of their Roseville office and represents clients purchasing and selling apartment properties in Sacramento and Northern California. Prior to joining TRI, David worked for 2 ½ years with Cassidy Turley (now DTZ) out of their downtown office, specializing in Downtown / Midtown / and E Sacramento apartment properties.
