David Morin joined Berkshire Hathaway - Verani Realty as a Broker Associate in 2009 working from their office in Salem, NH. His focus in on serving the office, industrial and commercial property base in the Salem-Manchester-Nashua triangle in NH and in Essex and Middlesex Counties in MA. David’s background in financial analysis provides the skills to represent landlords and tenants, investors and owners.
For several years, he was responsible for overall management of Brooks Properties, a privately owned company controlling over 1.2 million square feet of commercial and industrial property in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He also has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and general business brokerage.
He currently offers Property Management Services thru Morin Asset Management Corp. a consulting practice focused toward Real Estate Development and Management as well as Management Consulting to small companies in the printing, service and retail industries. He holds an MBA in Finance from Boston University and is an avid golfer and skier.
