David’s start in the commercial real estate industry began as a Financial Analyst and Marketing Director with a successful retail group at his previous employer, focusing on single tenant triple-net properties. David led groups in orchestrating numerous portfolio projects of quick service restaurant sale-leasebacks. His group successfully completed over $100 million worth of commercial real estate transactions with over 70 single tenant lease properties during his tenure.
