David has over 15yrs of real estate experience having worked in acquisitions, construction, leasing & management of residential and commercial properties in NY & CA. For over 7yrs David served as a property manager for rental buildings, condos, and coops throughout NYC. Having worked closely with landlords and coop/condo boards allows him to give his client(s) a unique perspective that is sure to benefit all parties involved. As a Salesperson David is intent on going out of his way to provide highest quality of service to ensure the highest value on a sale or rental. On the Buying side David evaluates each property as if it were his purchase and will negotiate the best deal for his clients. In 2018, David formed together with Rolan Sereny, the Sereny&Soltero team, enabling them to offer the best luxury sales and leasing programs to their clients. David holds a BS degree in Planning and Management from USC, and studied Real Estate Finance at UCLA. Some people fall into real estate while others are born into the business.
