With more than 15 years of experience in real estate finance and sales, David Spitz is Senior Executive of Investment Sales at DWNTWN Realty Advisors, where he focuses in retail and multifamily sales and development in the urban core of Miami with over $300 Million in transactional volume.

David specializes in retail sales and buyer representation, with a focus on the high street retail areas of South Florida including Lincoln Road, Collins Avenue, Design District, Wynwood, Las Olas, and Worth Avenue.

Prior to joining the team, he was a Regional Director of Capital & Venture Resources, representing commercial real estate investment and development companies.

David is a graduate of Yeshiva University with a Bachelor in Arts.
