David has been with Marcus & Millichap for ten years and is a high producing agent of the Detroit office. Specializing in net-leased property dispositions and sale-leasebacks on a nationwide basis, David works in the capacity of advisor and implementer to numerous corporate, institutional and private clients, private equity groups, preferred developers, franchisors, franchisees and build-to-suit specialists. David is a Senior Director in Marcus & Millichap’s National Office Industrial Properties Group, Senior Director of the Net Lease Properties Group and Associate Director of the National Retail Group. David is an active member of both ICSC and NAIOP.

Having formed a national brokerage partnership with Paul Kerber, the team has enjoyed success closing more than 276 transactions in 40 states & 1 Canadian Province totaling $1,499,988,519 in value. Most recently, the team closed a $20+ million disposition in Montreal, Quebec Canada and sourced offshore investment capital for a $23.6 Million distribution facility in Rochester, New York.
