David Welcome is an Associate Real Estate Broker with Vanguard-Fine, LLC. Prior to joining Vanguard-Fine, LLC David represented local developers with portfolios of 1.5 million square feet in the leasing and property management of their retail, office, warehouse and self-storage commercial properties.

David is a graduate of SUNY college of Technology and is a member of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers (CIREB). David resides in the Capital District with his wife Charlene. They have a son Kyle.
