David Wluka, President of Wluka Real Estate Corp. in Sharon, Massachusetts is a Realtor® and development consultant with more than 45 years of experience in the fields of land planning, zoning and real estate sales, development & marketing. A product of the Boston and Milton school systems, he is a graduate of Boston University from where he holds an MA in Urban Sociology. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Urban Land Institute and American Planning Association.
