For over 20 years, my active involvement in the Real Estate sector has spanned both Miami and Latin America, where I've participated as an investor, advisor, asset manager, and licensed real estate professional in the US and Argentina.
Currently, as I develop my real estate practice with Elia Real Estate Advisors, my primary focus revolves around investment properties. In this capacity, I guide both institutional and individual investors in the acquisition, financing, and management of income-producing properties. This includes executing the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, hospitality, retail buildings, and development sites, as well as applying specialized knowledge to source assets related to investor visas (EB-5, E-2).

Operating from Miami and dedicated to serving the distinctive landscape of South Florida, my approach is both comprehensive and strategic, tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients.
Previously, I developed my practice as a licensed Attorney, with experience in cross-border transactions and capital markets in Argentina, North America, and Asia, where I specialized in real estate, wealth management, IP & licensing, and international litigation.
