<b>Responsibilities</b><br />Providing Buyers and Sellers help in all phases of purchasing and selling land of all types. Preparing professional website listings, negotiating contracts, helping during due diligence periods, assisting in systematic closing of properties.
<b>Experience<br /></b>Dick has represented Buyers and Sellers for almost 40 years in the buying and selling of land on over 10,000 acres of development land and farms, totalling over $250 million of sales.
This experience enables him to help buyers analyze the viability of potential purchases and helps him to counsel sellers in obtaining the best dollar value from their land, and to find qualified buyers for the purchase of their land.
