Drew McWilliams is an Investment Sales Professional with Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for executing exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives in Harlem. He is involved in marketing an array of asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, commercial and development.

Prior to joining Ariel, Mr. McWilliams marketed multifamily and industrial assets at several other New York real estate firms including RIPCO and Goldco Realty in New York City and RM Friedland in Harrison, NY.

Born and raised in Harlem, Mr. McWilliams is a member of the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board and volunteers with the Real Estate Executive Council, a professional trade association that promotes the interests of executives of color doing business across the commercial real estate industry. Through the Real Estate Executive Council, he frequently speaks to young people in high school and college about careers in commercial real estate and also has served as a speaker at the Diversity in Commercial Real Estate™ Conference.

He attended Morgan State University in Baltimore where he majored in Business Administration and minored in History.
