Ed has over 30 years experience as both a broker and salesman specializing in commercial leasing, sales and real estate development in the East Central Florida Area. As Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark (CBCB), a premier commercial service provider, Ed is recognized as a subject matter expert on industrial, office and other commercial properties. He participates in the recruitment, retention, and management of Brokers in the leasing, selling, and property management of commercial real estate services. In addition, Ed is responsible for the marketing and leasing of a portfolio of office, flex space, and industrial properties. Ed oversees the entire leasing process from the execution of marketing strategies staying abreast of comparable properties, maximizing occupancy and assisting in space planning and tenant improvements. Ed has a great knowledge and understanding of the commercial leasing and sales process.
