Edwina has been immersed in the San Francisco real estate industry as a Real Estate Broker/Developer and investor. She is ranked in the top 10% of Real Estate Agents in San Francisco Bay Area 2021 and qualified for the 2023 AREAA A-List for 2022 production. She has been involved in over 100 transactions worth over $70 million in Real Estate Sales and has consistently achieved an average of 25% ROI on real estate investment development transactions.

Edwina received a Diploma in Interior Design and further advanced education from the Dublin Institute of Design, Ireland and the Academy of Art, San Francisco. Her design knowledge and deep understanding of the Bay Area Real Estate market is invaluable to assist her clients.

Expanding her national and global connections, she is currently on the International Real Estate Federation 2023-2024 FIABCI-USA Board of Directors, and appointed Vice President of Membership Diversification. FIABCI-USA Regional Representative Region 5.
