Eli Dioso serves as an Associate for LandQwest Commercial in the Tampa Office. He started his role with us as a Marketing Specialist and now continues to implement and use his marketing strategies in his daily business as an Associate focusing on commercial real estate transactions. Dioso brings years of commercial marketing success to shopping center owners, retail tenants, and developers throughout the greater Tampa Bay.

Dioso specializes in targeting tenants and buyers through industry “secret weapons” and internal technologies. This toolbox lets customers, and their commercial assets, be seen and heard throughout the marketplace.

A California native, Eli moved to Palm Harbor in 1997 and has been a resident to the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years. His familiarity with the area has given him a keen eye of seeing trends, changes and developments. Eli Dioso is well familiar with the local market and a prominent network of area owners and restauranteurs, Dioso knows the active players to present strategic opportunities for each client.
