Elizabeth Brochin joined the Beazley Company Commercial Investment Division in 1982, and then Prudential Ct Realty with their purchase of the Beazley Commercial New Haven Office in 2005. She has focused trhoughout her career on sales and leasing of office and retail properties in Greater New Haven and especially in the downtown area. Mrs. Brochin worked as leasing agent for Schiavone Properties, bringing Sam Goody, Kinko's, and the Gap, as well as lesser known tenants to their space in the theater district. Later she worked as lead leasing agent for commmercial space in the newly developed Ninth Square Project, and has been associated with many individual property owners and tenants in downtown New Haven over the years. She maintains membership in the Greater New Haven Commercial Realtors' Group, and the National and the Connecticut Associations of Realtors.
